Such notions are inherent in it That don't benefit anybody Just breed Unlimited inequalities Discriminations that keep on expanding Like waves of sea. Where lies its origin? Where is its source? From mind, only from mind Originate impure thoughts Such depository of thoughts Generates in our emotions Feelings of inequality and isolation Isolation and disparity Inequality and dissimilarity keeps on spreading Prevalence of inequality.

PRELUSION TO KUNCHANJUNGA USHERS : ENGLISH TRANSLATION OF NEPALI POEMS OF BIRBHADRA BY RAJNI CHHABRA

  FACES WITHOUT TRACES PRELUSION BY RAJNI CHHABRA Birbhadra karkidholi , a reputed multi-lingual poet, story writer and a successful editor, is a powerful signature in the literary world, not only of Sikkim, but on global level. Shabad Ra Mn and 'Samadhi Akkshaharu' originally composed by him in Nepali, are translated into English by me, based on Hindi translation provided by reputed Poet and translator from Sikkim, Khadagraj Giri and in this Anthology, trans-version of choicest poems his Hindi Poetry Book 'Is Shahar Mein Tujhe Yaad krke' is also included. This Anthology is a humble effort to render him wider opening to reach integral part of world literature. I thank my stars that I chanced to meet him as a co participant in World Poetry Festival, Kolkata in 2013 where he gifted me several poetry and story books penned by him. That was initiation of my association with Nepali Literature. I feel humbled that Poet Birbhadra deemed me worthy of translating his choices...

 Dear Rajni Greetings of d Day In fact, I could. read d entire book written by dearest Prtyush.'First Flight' is awefully nice in all respects. Really , he deserves a thumping applaud. We both r proud of his sharp I Q in such little age being a student of fourth class only. Our heartiest congratulations to dearest Prytush, his parents & his Dadi who is instrumental in creating such a good interest which  has given a good encouragement to continue wid  a high spirit.  We are short of words to express our happiness & appreciation for d intelligence he is possessing, is certainly beyond our imagination We wish him all d best & God May bless him wid good health& long life so dat he could full fill  such books more precisely. Let dearest Prytush read all dis message also. & explain him what we have written for him Pl extend our sweet love to dearest Prytush extend our  B C to dear Priyanka & Aman Chacha-Chachi Ji

REVIEW OF SKY IS LIMIT:BY SANTOSH ALEX

 " Sky is the limit " is the translation of 25 women poets of Rajasthan, translated into English by Rajni Chhabra . These poems. portray vivid aspects of life . Abhilasha Pareek in her poem titled Summer Vacation is worried about losing it. Anita Vipula is clear in her thoughts that she is no more a play thing.On one hand Anita kagadarsh portrays the qualities of a mother and on the other hand Bharati Purohit speaks about the importance of father in the poem titled Father. Kamna Rajawat remembers the community square which was the place for community gossiping.  The anthology Sky is the limit consists of poems that are woven around a woman's world. Rajni chabra has wonderfully rendered the poems into  English. Congratulations to her for introducing these poets to the English readers. The anthology is published by Suryaprakashan Mandir, Bikaner.   Heartily obliged to you, Sir for sparing your precious time for going through these Anthologies. Your well- wishes are a treasure for me. Thanks to Poet and Critic M A Rathore for his comprehensive preview of both the books SHARING THE POST SENT BY Dr Jernail S Aanand .Dr. Rajni Chhabra sends me these two books which are her translations of Rajasthani poetry. I breezed through the books and found the quality of translation quite appreciable. She has translated more than a dozen books from Indian languages and her masterly touch can be seen in every poem. Dr Rajni Chhabra is doing a great service to contemporary literature. I send her my good wishes. World Literature India recognizes her contribution and she will be felicitated in our next literary meet. I must say M.A.Rathore's foreword is a befitting preview of the entire work.
