 Dr.  Rajni Chhabra sends me these two books which are her translations of Rajasthani poetry. I breezed through the books and found the quality of translation quite appreciable. She has translated more than a dozen books from Indian languages and her masterly touch can be seen in every poem. Dr Rajni Chhabra is doing a great service to contemporary literature. I send her my good wishes. World Literature India recognizes  her contribution and she will be felicitated in our next literary meet. I must say M.A.Rathore's foreword is a befitting preview of the entire work. I congratulate him too for helping the literary caravan move forward. Congratulations and best wishes. My heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Neeraj Daiya for this comprehensive and motivational write up वर्ष 1979 में श्री आई. के. शर्मा ने राजस्थानी के 20 आधुनिक कवियों की चयनित कविताओं के अंग्रेजी भाषा में अनुवाद किए थे, जिसे राजस्थानी भाषा साहित्य संगम (अकादमी) बीकानेर ने प्रकाशित किया था। अब अकादमी का नाम बदल कर 'राजस्थानी भाषा, साहित्य एवं संस्कृति अकादमी, बीकानेर' हो गया है। तब से अब तक इस दिशा में ऐसा कोई संपादन का कार्य मेरे ध्यान में नहीं आया, यदि ऐसा कोई कार्य हुआ है तो मित्र बताएं.... इस प्रकाशन के चालीस से अधिक वर्षों बाद अब कवयित्री-अनुवादक रजनी छाबड़ा Rajni Chhabra जी ने इस महत्त्वपूर्ण दिशा में दो पुस्तकों के माध्यम से सार्थक हस्तेक्षप किया है। वर्ष 2022 में Gyan Geeta Prakashan से प्रकाशित 'एक्रोस द बॉर्डर' में 51 कवियों और Surya Prakashan Mandir से प्रकाशित 'स्काई इज द लिमिट' में 25 कवयित्रियों को शामिल करते हुए राजस्थानी का परचम विश्व कविता समुदाय के समक्ष प्रस्तुत करने का अद्वितीय कार्य किया है। उनके इस कार्य के आगे मैं नतमस्तक हूं, क्योंकि जब तक राजस्थानी...
